The rush does not answer the phone.
Tickets are up and the phone is still ringing. Ringvora can say if you are open, a price you saved from the menu, and how a large party should leave a request.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They want a table tonight. That request is a message unless your notes say you do not take them.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not book the table, promise a wait time, or invent a special. You keep the book.
What callers ask
- They want a table tonight. That request is a message unless your notes say you do not take them.
- They want the hours, the address, or whether you are open on a holiday.
- They are asking the price of a dish you put in the notes.
What belongs in the notes
- Hours, including the kitchen close if it is earlier than the door.
- How reservations or large parties work, in one or two sentences.
- Prices and dishes you want said the same way every time.
What it will not say
It does not book the table, promise a wait time, or invent a special. You keep the book.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it read a menu price?
Yes, if that price is in the notes or in a menu you uploaded and kept. It does not guess a price.
What about takeout and large parties?
Say the rule in the notes. If the notes do not cover it, the caller leaves a name and a number.
