Phone attendant
Someone answers. They already know the business.
Ringvora is a phone attendant and a website chat for any company. You teach it your prices, hours, and rules — in a short conversation, or by handing it a menu or a brochure. You see every call. You can block a caller. You get a transcript and a notice.
Four monthly plans, from $29. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.
Attendant
We are open until 5. A cleaning is $129. I can take your name and number, and the desk will call you back.
Notice
Text sent to the front desk. Transcript saved.
The desk
The admin area.
These are the real Hours, Numbers, and Calls screens. The company name is a sample, not a customer. The call log is empty because no line is live. Nothing in that log is a sample call.
01 — Teach it
Setup is a conversation, not a form with forty boxes.
The guide asks what you do, how you price, what you never promise, and when to take a message. Hours, holidays, vacation, and a day you close are real dates, so the attendant does not guess. You can also upload a brochure, a menu, or a price sheet.
- Answer ten short questions. One at a time. Skip any you do not have yet.
- Add a file if you already wrote it down. A menu, a PDF, or a plain text sheet.
- Read the knowledge base. Edit any line. The attendant does not invent a price you did not give it.
02 — It answers
The phone and the website use the same notes.
Starter, Pro, and Unlimited include a local number and the chat widget. Chat is the widget only, if you do not want a phone line yet. The four prices are listed on the pricing page. One company, one monthly plan.
- New number or a port. Ask for a local number, or start a port of the one you have. The line shows as requested until it is live.
- Chat on your site. One line of code. It answers from your notes and says when it does not know.
- A person can still take over. The log is yours. A message is a message, not a guess.
03 — You keep the desk
Logs, blocks, transcripts, notices.
Every call the line handles is listed with the outcome and the transcript. Add a number to the block list and it stays blocked. Notices sit in the desk when a call comes in, when a number is requested, and when you ask for help.
Help is in the product. Open Help, write what is wrong, and it stays on your account. You do not hunt for a hidden address.
Any company
Not built for one industry.
If a person at a desk would need to know it, it belongs in the notes.
