Visitors ask a question. The widget answers from the knowledge you built. If the notes do not say, it says so and offers to take a message. It does not invent a price. Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Signup does not charge the card. The charge starts when you start the plan in the desk.

One line on the site
After setup, the desk gives you a script tag. Paste it before the closing body tag. The button sits at the corner. The conversation opens in a small frame.

Chat includes 500 visitor messages a month and stops at 750. Starter includes 300 messages and stops at 450. Pro includes 1,500 and stops at 2,500. Unlimited is fair use for one company.
