Your notes stay yours.

We store the account email, the company name, the password as a hash, the plan you pick, the answers and articles you write, files you upload, number and port requests, the block list, in-desk notices, and help notes. If you save a card, the card company keeps the card. We store a reference to that card, not the card number. A port PIN, if you add one, stays on the account and is not shown again.

When a phone line is live, we store the call log and the transcript for that account. The chat widget stores the question and the reply long enough to answer. We do not sell company notes or call logs.

Files sit on this server, outside the public site. Only that account can download them.
