Plain terms.

Ringvora answers calls and website chat for one company, using the notes you provide. You are responsible for the prices, hours, and promises in those notes. The attendant is not a person and is not a substitute for licensed advice.

Monthly prices are the ones on the pricing page: Chat $29, Starter $59, Pro $129, Unlimited $299. Included amounts and hard stops are listed there. Unlimited is fair use for one company, not a call center.

Creating an account does not charge a card. Chat is charged when you start that plan. It has no phone line. A voice plan is charged when a new number is turned on. If that number cannot be bought, the charge is canceled and refunded. A number request or a port request is not itself a live line. A port is not submitted from the request, and calls are not moved until a port is finished.

Do not use the service to mislead callers, to break the law, or to send calls you do not have the right to answer. We may suspend an account that does.
