Answering service
Ringvora answers every call for one company, on the phone and on the website, from the notes you saved. While you are with a customer or out on a job, the line still knows the prices and the hours. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover it, the phone asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1 to take it. If nobody answers, the attendant comes back and takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit.
You stay in charge of the next step. Ringvora answers from the notes you saved, so the caller hears today’s price and today’s hours. You pick the voice and hear it before you save it. When someone asks for a person, you get their name, their number, and what they need. A phone plan is $59, $129, or $299 a month, a fraction of a wage for someone to sit on that phone.
The log stays on your desk. On a phone, tap the callback number on Calls to dial it, then mark the message handled after you call them back.
A restaurant, a clinic, a studio, a law office, a property desk, a retail shop, a contractor, or a school office can use the same attendant. One company can add more than one location, each with its own address and hours. If a person at your desk would need to know it, it belongs in the notes.
Setup is a short conversation: what you do, how you price, what you want said the same way every time, and when to take a message. You can also hand it a menu, a brochure, or a price sheet. You can edit every line. The prices callers hear are the prices you saved.
The line answers while it is on and the account is in good standing. You book the visit from the message on your desk, and that log stays in Ringvora.

Chat has no phone line. Unlimited is fair use for one company, not a call center. Nothing is charged on the signup screen. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live. If a new number cannot be bought, that charge is canceled and refunded.
