Florist

You are in the flowers.

Orders come in while you are building an arrangement. The attendant can say a price you saved and the delivery rule, then take the order details for you to confirm.

How one call can go

An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.

Caller. They want an arrangement for today and a price.

Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not charge a card or promise the arrangement is made. You confirm the order.

What callers ask

  • They want an arrangement for today and a price.
  • They are asking if you deliver to an address. Say the area only if it is in the notes.
  • They want the shop hours before a funeral or a wedding time.

What belongs in the notes

  • Standard arrangement prices you want said.
  • The delivery area and the cutoff time.
  • What an order message must include: date, budget, and a callback number.

What it will not say

It does not charge a card or promise the arrangement is made. You confirm the order.

The same line, open or closed

Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.

Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Will it promise same-day delivery?

Only if the notes say that, including the cutoff. Otherwise it takes a message.
