Gift shop
A shopper calls first.
People call to ask if you have a gift before they park. The attendant uses your notes for hours and for the items you chose to list.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. Do you have a certain gift, and what does it cost?
Attendant. Glad to help. It answers that from the notes the company saved. If the notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need so the shop can call them back.
What callers ask
- Do you have a certain gift, and what does it cost?
- Can you wrap it, or ship it, if you saved that rule?
- What time are you open today?
What belongs in the notes
- Items and prices worth saying on the phone.
- Wrapping, shipping, or local delivery rules.
- Holiday hours.
What it will not say
It does not promise an item is on the shelf, and it does not take a card number for an order.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it take a special order?
It can write down what they want and their number. You confirm the order. It does not charge a card.
Does it know every item in the shop?
No. It knows the notes. Add the items you want callers to hear about.
