Do you have the title?
Readers call before they walk over. The attendant can say the hours and whether a title you listed is one you carry. Anything else becomes a message.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. Do you have a title, and what does it cost?
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not promise a title is on the shelf unless you saved that, and it does not place the order itself.
What callers ask
- Do you have a title, and what does it cost?
- Can you order it? Say the order rule you saved.
- Are you open this evening?
What belongs in the notes
- How special orders work, and how long you want that sentence to be.
- Events, if the date and the time are fixed.
- Store hours.
What it will not say
It does not promise a title is on the shelf unless you saved that, and it does not place the order itself.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it list an author event?
Yes, if you put the date and the time in the notes. When the event is over, take it out.
Does it know the whole inventory?
No. It says what you saved. A title that is not listed is a callback.
