RingvoraCall (810) 644-3836

Electrical

On a call. The phone still answers.

You cannot pull wire and pick up the shop line. Ringvora tells the caller what you saved about service area, hours, and price, then takes a message when the notes run out.

How one call can go

An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.

Caller. The power is out in part of the house and they want help tonight.

Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not tell someone to open a panel, and it does not invent a code answer. Safety steps belong in your notes, or the call becomes a message.

What callers ask

  • The power is out in part of the house and they want help tonight.
  • They want a price for a panel, a fan, or an outlet before they book.
  • They are asking if you are licensed for their town. Only say that if you wrote it in the notes.

What belongs in the notes

  • Residential, commercial, or both.
  • What you will not do on an emergency call.
  • The number that should ring when they still need a person.

What it will not say

It does not tell someone to open a panel, and it does not invent a code answer. Safety steps belong in your notes, or the call becomes a message.

The same line, open or closed

Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.

Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions

Can an electrician use this after hours?

Yes. Closed hours still get an answer from the notes. If the caller needs a person, the phone can ring up to three numbers you saved.

Does it replace the person on call?

No. It answers from the notes and rings you when a person is needed. You decide whether to take the call.
