Plumbing

Answered while you are on a job.

A leak does not wait until you are back at the truck. Ringvora answers from the notes you saved: where you work, what a visit costs if you wrote it down, and when you are closed.

How one call can go

An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.

Caller. A pipe is leaking and they want to know if you cover their street.

Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not promise a truck is on the way unless the notes say that. It does not invent a price. You book the job from the message.

What callers ask

  • A pipe is leaking and they want to know if you cover their street.
  • They want the price of a water heater, or the hours, before they call someone else.
  • They are calling back about a job you already talked about.

What belongs in the notes

  • The towns you serve, and the towns you do not.
  • The trip fee or the hourly price, if you want that said out loud.
  • What counts as an emergency, and which number should ring.

What it will not say

It does not promise a truck is on the way unless the notes say that. It does not invent a price. You book the job from the message.

The same line, open or closed

Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.

Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions

Can it answer plumbing calls after you close?

Yes. While the line is on, it still answers from the notes. The caller can hear the hours and the rules. If they need a person, it asks first, then rings the numbers you saved.

Will it quote a plumbing job?

Only if you saved that price. If the notes do not cover the job, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need.
