Heating and air
No heat. The line still answers.
A furnace call often comes after the office is dark. The attendant can say whether you are open, what you wrote about after-hours calls, and the prices you saved.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. The heat is out, or the air is out, and they want a person.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not diagnose the equipment. It does not promise a technician tonight unless your notes say so.
What callers ask
- The heat is out, or the air is out, and they want a person.
- They are asking about a maintenance visit or a filter.
- They want to know if you service their town.
What belongs in the notes
- Heating, cooling, or both, and the brands you do not touch.
- The after-hours rule, in the words you want used.
- The price of a maintenance visit, if you want it said.
What it will not say
It does not diagnose the equipment. It does not promise a technician tonight unless your notes say so.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Does it work for a heating and air company?
Yes. You save what you do, where you go, and what a caller should hear when you are closed. The line uses those notes on every call.
Can it tell a caller the repair cost?
Only the price you saved. A job that is not in the notes becomes a message for you to price.
