Contractor
The crew is on a job site.
Bids come in while you are on a site. The attendant can say the kind of work you do, the area you cover, and what a caller should leave for an estimate.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They want a remodel, a repair, or a bid.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not bid the job or promise a start week. You look at the work and send the number.
What callers ask
- They want a remodel, a repair, or a bid.
- They are a homeowner asking if you do that trade.
- They want a start date. That stays a message unless the notes name one.
What belongs in the notes
- The trades you self-perform and the ones you do not.
- The towns you work in.
- What an estimate call must include: address, what they want built, and a number.
What it will not say
It does not bid the job or promise a start week. You look at the work and send the number.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can a one-person contractor use this?

Will it give a project price?
Only a price you saved. Most project calls should end as a message so you can bid them.
