Roofing
The crew is on a roof.
After a storm, the office line rings while everyone is on a ladder. Ringvora can say the area you work, what you want a caller to leave, and the hours you are open.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They have a leak and want someone to look.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not promise a crew today, an insurance result, or a price that is not in the notes. You schedule the look.
What callers ask
- They have a leak and want someone to look.
- They want an estimate. That is a message, unless you saved a specific price.
- They are asking if you repair, replace, or both.
What belongs in the notes
- Repair, replacement, or the work you do not take.
- The towns you cover.
- What a storm caller should leave: address, what is leaking, and a number.
What it will not say
It does not promise a crew today, an insurance result, or a price that is not in the notes. You schedule the look.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it take storm calls when the office is out?
Yes. It answers each call from the notes and writes down who needs a call back.
Will it say the insurance company will pay?
No. It only says what you saved. Payment and scheduling stay with you.
