Landscaping
The crew is on a yard.
Seasonal calls pile up while the crew is out. The attendant can say what you do, where you work, and the prices you saved, then take the address for an estimate.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They want mowing, cleanup, or a new bed, and a call back.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not promise a start date or a price that is not in the notes. You walk the yard and book it.
What callers ask
- They want mowing, cleanup, or a new bed, and a call back.
- They are asking if you serve their neighborhood.
- They want a price you already use for a standard cut.
What belongs in the notes
- Weekly service, one-time cleanup, or install work.
- The season hours, including weeks you are closed.
- What you need for an estimate: address and what they want done.
What it will not say
It does not promise a start date or a price that is not in the notes. You walk the yard and book it.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can seasonal hours be saved?
Yes. Weekly hours, a holiday, a vacation, or a day off can be saved. A dated closure covers that whole date.
Does it sell the job on its own?
No. It says what you saved and takes a message. You price the work and book it.
