Coin shop
You are buying a collection.
The counter, the back room, and a buying appointment can all happen at once. The phone still needs an answer. Ringvora says the hours, the address, and the buying rules you saved, then takes a name when a person should call back.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. Do you buy gold and silver coins, or a whole collection? Only the policy you wrote is said.
Attendant. Glad to help. It answers that from the notes the company saved. If the notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need so the shop can call them back.
What callers ask
- Do you buy gold and silver coins, or a whole collection? Only the policy you wrote is said.
- What are your hours, and can I walk in?
- Where are you, and do you buy sterling silver?
- They want an appraisal or today’s price. That is a message unless the notes contain that exact sentence.
What belongs in the notes
- Whether you buy coins, bullion, sterling, and whole collections, in the words you want used.
- Hours, the walk-in rule, and the address.
- Do not leave today’s metal price in the notes and expect it to stay current. A price that is not written down becomes a message.
What it will not say
It does not quote a live metal price, say a coin is in the case, or promise what you will pay. It does not book the visit. You call them back.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $59 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $69. Pro is $199. Unlimited is $449 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it answer while the shop is buying a collection?
Yes. It answers from the notes while the line is on, open or closed, unless you turn that off. If they need a person, it asks first, then rings the numbers you saved.
Will it give today’s gold or silver price?
No. A metal price changes. If that number is not the exact sentence in the notes, the call becomes a message. The same is true for whether a coin is in the case.
