Bike shop
You are in the stand.
A repair status call should not pull you out of a tune. If you saved that the bike is ready, the attendant can say so. If you did not, it takes a number.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. Is my bike ready?
Attendant. Glad to help. It answers that from the notes the company saved. If the notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need so the shop can call them back.
What callers ask
- Is my bike ready?
- What does a tune cost? Only the price you saved.
- Do you have a bike or a part in stock? Only if the notes say so.
What belongs in the notes
- Common tune prices.
- How “ready” is recorded, so the phone does not guess.
- Shop hours and the rental rule, if you rent bikes.
What it will not say
It does not say a bike is done, and it does not promise a part is in the back, unless the notes say that.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it update callers on repairs?
Yes, when the status is in the notes. A status you have not saved becomes a callback.
Does it book a tune-up time?
No. It takes the request. You put it on the stand.
