Sporting goods

Size and price, from the notes.

A team parent calls about a size while you are on the floor. If that item is in the notes, the attendant can answer. If it is not, it writes down the size and the number.

How one call can go

An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.

Caller. Do you have this size, and what does it cost?

Attendant. Glad to help. It answers that from the notes the company saved. If the notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need so the shop can call them back.

What callers ask

  • Do you have this size, and what does it cost?
  • What time do you close before a game night?
  • Do you letter or special-order? Only if the notes say so.

What belongs in the notes

  • Teams, lettering, or rentals, if you offer them.
  • Prices worth saying on the phone.
  • Store hours, including Sunday if you open.

What it will not say

It does not promise a size is on the wall, and it does not take a uniform order as final. You confirm it.

The same line, open or closed

Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.

Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions

Can it handle a rush of the same question?

Yes. Each caller is on their own call. One call does not make the next person wait.

Will it invent a team price?

No. Only a price in the notes is said.
