How one call can go

Attendant. Glad to help. It answers that from the notes the company saved. If the notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need so the shop can call them back.

• How you want size questions handled.
• Brands you carry, if you want them named.
• Store hours and the fit policy, if you have one written down.

What it will not say

It does not promise a size is in the back room. You check the box.

The same line, open or closed

Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.

Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.
