Auto repair
You are under a car.
“Is my car ready?” should not depend on who can hear the phone over the lift. If the status is in the notes, the attendant can say it. If it is not, it takes a message.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They want to know if the car is done. Say that only when you saved the status.
Attendant. Glad to help. It answers that from the notes the company saved. If the notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need so the shop can call them back.
What callers ask
- They want to know if the car is done. Say that only when you saved the status.
- They want an hours answer, or whether you work on their kind of car.
- They want a price you already wrote down for an oil change or an inspection.
What belongs in the notes
- What you service, and what you send elsewhere.
- The sentence for “is it ready?” when you have not updated a status.
- Shop hours and the number that rings for a person.
What it will not say
It does not guess that a car is ready, and it does not invent a diagnosis or a total. You approve the work.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it tell a customer the car is ready?
Only if that fact is in the notes. Otherwise it takes their name and number so the shop can call.
Does it work for more than one shop location?
Yes. Each extra location has its own address and hours. The main desk keeps the hours you already saved.
