Moving
The truck is on the road.
People book movers while your crew is already in a house. The attendant can say where you move, what you need for an estimate, and the hours of the office.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They have a move date and want a price.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not hold a date or give a binding price you did not save. You quote the move.
What callers ask
- They have a move date and want a price.
- They are asking about local versus long distance, if you wrote that down.
- They want to know if a truck is still available. That is a message.
What belongs in the notes
- Local, long distance, or the moves you do not take.
- What an estimate needs: from and to, date, and home size.
- Office hours and the number for a dispatcher.
What it will not say
It does not hold a date or give a binding price you did not save. You quote the move.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it collect the move details?
Yes. Your notes say what to ask. The name, the number, and what they need land on your desk.
Will it promise the truck is free?
No. Availability is yours to confirm.
