Dental office
The desk is with a patient.
A dental office loses calls while someone is in the chair. The attendant can give the hours, the address, and the answers you saved, then take a name for the person who books.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They want a cleaning or a toothache seen, and they need a person to call them back.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not give dental advice, and it does not book the chair. You make the appointment from the message.
What callers ask
- They want a cleaning or a toothache seen, and they need a person to call them back.
- They are asking if you take an insurance plan. Say yes only if that plan is in the notes.
- They want the office hours, or whether you are open on Saturday.
What belongs in the notes
- Hours, including the lunch close if you have one.
- Which insurance names you want repeated, and which you do not take.
- What a new patient should be ready to tell you.
What it will not say
It does not give dental advice, and it does not book the chair. You make the appointment from the message.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can it book a dental appointment?
No. It takes the name, the number, and what they need. Your office books the visit.
Will it talk about a toothache?
It can take the message and say what you saved, such as office hours. It does not tell them what the tooth needs.
