RingvoraCall (810) 644-3836

Clinic

Patients call while you are in a room.

The front desk cannot be in two places. Ringvora answers with the hours, the location, and the rules you saved, and it writes down who needs a call back.

How one call can go

An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.

Caller. They want an appointment and a person to call them.

Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or give test results. It does not book the visit. A medical emergency belongs on the emergency number, and your notes can say that.

What callers ask

  • They want an appointment and a person to call them.
  • They are asking for a refill or a result. That becomes a message, not an answer, unless you saved an exact sentence.
  • They need the hours, the address, or what to do when you are closed.

What belongs in the notes

  • What the clinic treats, in plain words.
  • The sentence for refills, results, and after-hours needs.
  • Which number rings when they still need a person.

What it will not say

It does not diagnose, prescribe, or give test results. It does not book the visit. A medical emergency belongs on the emergency number, and your notes can say that.

The same line, open or closed

Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.

Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions

Is this a medical answering service?

It answers the clinic line from the notes you save. It is not a nurse line, and it does not give medical advice.

Can callers reach the doctor?

If you saved a number, the phone asks first, then rings it. If nobody answers, it takes a name and a callback number.
