Salon
You are with a guest.
Color, a cut, or a spa service should not stop so someone can grab the phone. The attendant gives the hours and the prices you wrote down, and it takes a request for the book.
How one call can go
An illustration, not a customer and not a recording. A live line uses the notes that company saved.
Caller. They want a cut, color, or a service and a time. You call them back to book it.
Attendant. It answers from the notes that company saved. If those notes do not cover it, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. It does not put them on the book. It does not promise a stylist is free. You make the appointment.
What callers ask
- They want a cut, color, or a service and a time. You call them back to book it.
- They are asking what a service costs. Only a price you saved is said.
- They want to know if you are open today.
What belongs in the notes
- The services you offer and the ones you do not.
- Prices you want said the same way every time.
- How far ahead you usually book, if you want that said.
What it will not say
It does not put them on the book. It does not promise a stylist is free. You make the appointment.
The same line, open or closed
Ringvora answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open or closed, it talks from the notes you saved. If that number called in the last 14 days, the next call says what you talked about last time. It does not invent details. If the caller needs a person, or the notes do not cover the question, a voice plan asks first, then rings up to three numbers you saved. You press 1. If nobody answers, it takes a name, a callback number, and what they need. You book the visit. Website chat uses the same notes and takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor the next time they open the chat.
Chat is $29 a month and has no phone line. Starter is $59. Pro is $129. Unlimited is $299 for one company. A card is not charged at signup. Chat is charged when you start that plan. A voice plan is charged when the line goes live.

Questions
Can a salon use this during the day, not only after close?
Yes. It answers every call while the line is on, unless you turn that off. Open hours and closed hours both use your notes.
Does the website chat book the chair?
No. The chat takes a message. It does not ring a phone, and it does not remember a visitor next time.
